At Treats of Life, we’re committed to providing a smooth and reliable experience. Here’s everything you need to know about our pick-up and delivery services.

Pick-Up Hours

Orders can be picked-up:

Monday–Friday between 9 AM - 12 PM
Saturday
between 10AM - 1PM
Sunday: CLOSED

PICK UP ORDERS MUST BE MADE 24+ HOURS BEFORE SCHEDULED PICK-UP DATE/TIME.

How It Works

  1. Place Your Order: Choose the treats you’d like to order and select "Pick-Up" at checkout.
    + fill out the form for each item to enter any necessary pick-up details such as pick-up date.

  2. Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your order and estimated pick-up time.

  3. Pick-Up Time: Please arrive at the designated pick-up location during the specified pick-up window to collect your order.

  4. Bring Your Confirmation: Make sure to have your order confirmation (email or text) ready when you pick up your treats.

Important Reminders

  • Please double-check your order details before submitting to avoid any issues.

  • Be sure to fill out the form for each item to provide any specific delivery details.

  • Orders should be picked up within the specified window. If you’re unable to pick up within this time, please contact us to make alternate arrangements.

  • If you fail to pick up your order within the designated time, we will not issue a refund.
    - You have the option to reschedule your pick-up for another day at no extra charge, or we can deliver your order for an additional fee.

DELIVERY ORDERS MUST BE MADE 48+ HOURS BEFORE SCHEDULED DELIVERY DATE/TIME.

How It Works

  1. Place Your Order: Choose the treats you’d like to order and select "Delivery" at checkout.
    + fill out the form for each item to enter any necessary delivery details such as delivery address, delivery date, and preferred time slot*.

    *Add your preferred pick-up time slot in the order form. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that traffic and multiple orders may affect the exact timing. While we can’t guarantee a specific pick-up time, we’ll notify you if any adjustments are needed.

  2. Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.
    - We will contact you 24 hours before your delivery date with an estimated delivery time.

    In-Person Pick-Up
    For in-person deliveries, the recipient must be available at the provided address during the delivery window to accept the order. Please have your confirmation email or text ready to show.

    If the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt to contact you. If we cannot reach you within 8 minutes, the order will be left at the address provided, and a confirmation photo will be sent.

    Please note: Treats of Life is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items once they have been delivered.

    Contactless Delivery
    For contactless deliveries, your order will be left at the specified address, and a confirmation photo will be sent to the provided contact information.

    This option is perfect if you prefer a no-contact experience. However, please ensure the delivery location is secure, as Treats of Life is not liable for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery.
