Ordering Guidelines & Policies
Booking Notice & Consultation:
To ensure we have ample time to bring your party vision to life, all party packages must be ordered at least 28 days before the event date. Once you submit your inquiry, we’ll contact you within 24 hours to discuss your event details, theme, and package preferences.
Estimates & Payment:
After your consultation, you’ll receive a detailed estimate within 24 hours, outlining package details and pricing. A signed approval of the estimate is required before we can proceed with your order. To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance plus a security deposit must be paid before we begin setting up or at the time we deliver your items to the event location.
Delivery & Setup:
We offer delivery and setup services to make your event stress-free. Additional fees may apply depending on the location and setup requirements. If you prefer to pick up your order, we’ll arrange a convenient time during the consultation.
Rented Items Policy:
Certain party elements, including balloon garlands, decor stands, snack table setups, and larger props, are provided as rented items. These will be picked up the day after your event. All rented items must be returned in the same condition they were delivered.
If items are damaged, lost, or not returned as agreed, the security deposit will be forfeited. Any damage exceeding the deposit amount may result in additional charges.
Security Deposit Policy:
A refundable security deposit will be required for all rented items. This deposit will be fully refunded once all rented items are returned in good condition. If the items are damaged or unreturned, the deposit will be withheld. Any further charges beyond the deposit will be billed separately if necessary.
Changes & Cancellations:
Changes to your order can be made up to 48 hours after the initial consultation at no additional cost. After this period, changes may still be accommodated but could result in additional charges depending on the adjustments requested. Cancellations made within 21 days of the event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Customizations:
We love creating personalized touches for your celebration! Personalization options, including tumbler designs, colors, and themes, will be confirmed during the consultation. Please note that custom designs may require additional time and charges.
Rush Orders:
Orders placed with less than 28-days notice may be accommodated based on availability. A rush fee will apply for expedited service.
Care & Responsibility:
Once delivery or setup is complete, Treats of Life is no longer responsible for damage to decor or party elements. Please handle all items with care to keep them looking beautiful throughout your celebration.
