Once you inquire about a party package, we will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your theme, preferences, and the number of guests. After the consultation, we will send an estimate based on your selections and begin planning the details with you.

For custom gift sets, we will contact you within 24 hours with two design options and their corresponding estimates. After you choose your preferred design, we’ll work with you to finalize the details.

Once you approve the selected design and included items, we will send a detailed summary and a contract via DocuSign for your signature. To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit must be paid within 24 hours of signing.

The remaining balance must be paid by end of day (EOD) the day before delivery or pickup. If full payment is not received by this deadline, your order may be delayed or canceled without a refund of the deposit.

Yes, cancellations can be made within 24 hours after your order is finalized (contract signed and 50% deposit is paid). After this period, all payments are non-refundable.
